The kitchen is open 11am-11pm every day of the week.

Most ingredients are organic and (where possible) grown on our farm, bio-dynamically, at Old Allangrange beside Black Isle Brewery. Our Hebridean sheep are fed on spent grain from the mash tun. What we don't grow ourselves, we source as locally as we can.
